Passionate about exercise, especially group classes, I decided to take it one step further and over the years I qualified to teach Aerobics, Body Pump, Pilates, Barre Pilates and MenoFit.

With my knowledge and experience I want to motivate women to keep active, make time for themselves and achieve their fitness goals, which improves not only their physical health, but their mental health too.
 

My classes are Pilates Inspired, low impact and target the full body.

With the use of equipment, such as hand weights, resistance bands, balls, the Pilates ring and more, I will take you through a balanced blend of exercise techniques. That focuses on developing Strength, Balance, Flexibility and Endurance.
